Centre of the Table is an innovative local food collaboration between Pine Grove Hall, Centre Kitchen Collective, and Centre Markets. We've dubbed it a Supper Party... and our May Supper Party spotlights Chad and Kacee Burke, owners of Twin B Farms. The evening's prix fixe menu will feature dishes using Twin B Farm’s beef and pork.

MENU

FIRST COURSE Pelmeni-style dumplings stuffed with Twin B Farms Turkish sausage. Served with cultured yogurt sauce, paprika oil, and petite herbs

SECOND COURSE Twin B Farms medium-rare NY strip steak with Cafe de Paris sauce (gf) Crispy fondant potatoes roasted in local beef tallow and sea salt (gf, df) Baby carrots glazed in a savory carrot-juice caramel and toasted spices (gf, v)

THIRD COURSE Caramel and whiskey-glazed eclairs filled with sweet corn pastry cream (v)

Joining in the evening’s dining will be Liz Grove and Steve Christensen from Pine Grove Hall, and Sabine Carey, owner of Centre Markets.

Dinner will be served family-style at community tables. Wine and cocktail pairings will be available at an additional charge.

It’s an evening overflowing with delicious food, perfectly paired libations, and a chance to interact with other members of your community in a meaningful way.
