Code Blue features vocalists Terri Parker and Rene Oakman with Chris Younken, lead guitar, Jerry Zolten, rhythm guitar, Barb Neumuller, keyboard, Harry Werner, bass, John Raiser, drums, and special guest harmonica wizard Richard Sleigh. Code Blue made their debut in the 1990s and, with the release of the album, Stages/Then and Now, began touring regionally with performances at venues including the Decade in Pittsburgh, the Chameleon in Lancaster, and at the Philadelphia River Blues Festival. Code Blue shared stages with artists ranging from Billy Price and Queen Bee and the Blue Hornet Band to Otis Clay and Al Green. The band plays on today with a mix of soul, blues, and gospel, both covers and originals.
