Based in State College, Canary has been playing music in bars and venues across town since 2018. Influenced by the music of Phoebe Bridgers, Kacey Musgraves and the Black Keys, they blend an old-school songwriting charm with modern sensibilities through their original music and covers. The band features vocalist Kat Leverenz, guitarist Zach Dennis, bassist Alex Mijangos, keyboardist Sam Horn and drummer Paul Turner.
